A totally botched interview process is the highlight about Capgemini.
No one seems to know what they are doing. They conduct telephonic rounds, which seems like a good start, only for the process to become a nightmare thereafter. Next, they call you for a so-called "face-to-face" interview at their office location, only to have another telephonic discussion.
They take a few rounds and let you know the result after each one (which is a good thing). Then, even though you clear all the rounds, they suddenly disappear. The same HR representative who gave you confirmation in writing that you cleared all the rounds stops responding to your emails and calls.
This has happened to me not once, but thrice in the last 10 years, and they never change.
