Pros: Good experience overall. Wish I was still there, honestly.
Cons: I just wish the administration side of things was more organized. The resume repository is a SharePoint repository, and they will place you on the bench and not help you find another role in the company. Then they fire you and hire someone who does the same thing for a project they could have just put you on.
