Pros: I have worked with CG for more than 2 years, and all I can say is it's a nice place to work if you're associated with a nice project. You can enjoy all the campus fun along with working, and there is a great work-life balance.

Cons: None for me. Cons can depend on employ to employ, as they can be associated with different projects under different teams and managers.

Pros: I have worked with CG for more than 2 years, and all I can say is it's a nice place to work if you're associated with a nice project. You can enjoy all the campus fun along with working, and there is a great work-life balance.

Cons: None for me. Cons can depend on employ to employ, as they can be associated with different projects under different teams and managers.

Pros: Good place for freshers to learn. Perks are good. Salary is the same wherever you go. Managers are very helpful and supportive. If you get allocated to a project, you will definitely get to learn more and experience corporate life and how people work and collaborate as a team.

Cons: You won't have a choice for which technology you want to work. Almost all of the projects are mostly in support roles. You can get development opportunities, but not if you are a fresher, unless you have very good knowledge in a certain technology. Management and HR are good, but the RMG (people who share your profile to different project clients or managers) team here is the worst.
