The interview was okay. The D365 division seems to only work with one of their preferred recruitment agents, who is apparently a friend of the interviewer. Therefore, if you are not going through this specific recruitment agent, you are unlikely to be hired, regardless of your qualifications. I found the entire recruitment process haphazard and questionable. The recruiter engaged in ghosting, disappearing and reappearing without clear communication.
