I had already shared my experience, notice period, and all required details upfront. Yet, after clearing the first round and submitting all the documents, they suddenly decided to tell me the role requires 3.5 years of experience.
Seriously? Why not mention this earlier instead of wasting my time? Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!
