It was a two-week process. I received a call from the recruiter, who explained the job role and responsibilities. They scheduled two interviews with two different VPs, and I received positive feedback from the recruiter in the same week as the interviews. After that, I never heard back from the recruiter. I reached out to them multiple times but received no response.
Management of Capgemini: This behavior is unacceptable from an organization like yours. At least a recruiter can reply to emails and be open about the situation.
