The first telephonic interview was held (duration: 30 minutes).

After being selected, I was asked to come to the office for a second round on a Monday afternoon for an in-person interview. Upon arrival, another telephonic interview was conducted by the same person who had led the first interview. By this time, the interviewer was familiar with me from the first round, allowing for a casual discussion about the current project architecture (duration: 20 minutes).

I was informed there would be a third client interview round, which never materialized.

It appears the HR representative had only called me to obtain a copy of my ID proof, and an interview was not intended. I never heard back from her, nor has she responded to my emails. This is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
