Database Administrator Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
I'm writing this review to be helpful for people in future interviews.
I came to the Capgemini Vikhroli office where we waited for 1 hour before the interview.
There was a group of 15 people who came to interview for the same position (Oracle DBA).
The interview process was poor because the interviewer was not interested in selecting people at all. They just asked a few basic questions to everyone.
In the end: We spoke to the HR person, and she told us to go and write reviews first (on Glassdoor). After writing the review, we received a T-shirt (a gift for writing a good review). Finally, HR told us we were not selected. So, no one was selected among the 15 people.
I think we were called just for writing the review.
I had taken leave from my office specifically for a reputed company like Capgemini, but it ended with the above feedback.
