I attended an interview through Elevator. I had scheduled my slot for 1 PM to 2 PM on the mentioned date, and my interview started at 2:10 PM. The questions covered Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Shell Scripting.
After the interview, I received an email stating that interview results would be shared by Capgemini HR. Five days later, I received a call from Capgemini HR confirming that I had cleared the technical round. However, I did not receive any further calls or emails for the next 10 days.
One day, I received an email from a recruiter requesting me to submit all my documents and complete the AMCAT exam. I submitted all the documents and completed the exam.
Subsequently, I received another email from the recruiter asking me to apply for a specific Job Requisition Number. I could not find the given requisition number and replied to the recruiter for assistance.
The recruiter then asked for my availability date to join Capgemini via email, and after I replied, I received my offer letter.
After receiving my offer letter, I had a few doubts and tried contacting several HR representatives from Capgemini, but I did not receive any response. I am currently waiting for the HR team's response.
Overall, the process was good. However, it would be beneficial if there was more interaction between the candidate and the recruiter.
