The interview process seems to be going well. I even got the proposal for the job on a recorded meeting.
And the next day, after they told me to move forward with my current employee, they declined the offer and left me hanging.
They are not a professional company; they only care about their interests.
And all this is because I was clear and expressed that I am on the autism spectrum, so they clearly discriminate against people that have a condition like this one and that may need some days off to get treated.
