Very weak interview process.
It was a F2F interview for all candidates who were to join immediately. On average, only two interviewees were present, despite the candidate count being around 40-50. No first-come, first-served policy was maintained. The interviews seemed naive; rather than focusing on concepts and approaches, importance was given to textbook definitions.
It was a very chaotic experience.
Tip: In case you are attending the interview, mug up the definitions and get hired immediately.
