Process

There will be two technical rounds followed by HR (as it is for experienced hires). Firstly, there were fewer panel members, and they couldn't interview everyone. I waited for six hours to get my chance for a technical interview.

During that time, panel members were also not present. They conducted the interview over the phone, treating it as a formality.

Questions

  1. What are the benefits of Spring and why we need to go for Spring?

  2. What are the configuration files in a typical Hibernate application?

  4. How to create custom tags in JSP?

  5. What is a constructor and what is its use?

  6. What are all the different types of joins in SQL, and what is the difference between an outer join and a full join?

And some basic core Java questions like the trim method, multithreading, etc.
