The interview process was very hectic. The interview panel was minimal, and they had to handle 300-400 employees. I waited nearly 5 hours for my turn and was totally exhausted. I was unable to answer questions that I knew. Waiting for such long hours will exhaust a candidate and prevent them from performing well.

Please have a handful of interviewers to conduct interviews, or else arrange only scheduled drives.

When a candidate waits from 9 AM and is called at 3 PM only to be told they haven't cleared, it doesn't look good. Try to filter out candidates for the second round within 3 hours or less.

Started with SQL basic questions like INDEX, procedures, functions, and JDBC connections.
