Pros: Learning through a well-tailored system for beginners and communicating with experts from around the world.
Cons: Even if there are perspectives to change the work context by switching to another technology, or trying another role after some cleared period, you are fraught upon by your career manager. He tries to convince you that specialization in what you are already doing is better.
