Java Developer Interview Experience - India

June 2, 2018
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The first round will be based on Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

The second round will be a Skype interview, where questions will also be based on Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

The third round will be a Project Discussion. In this round, they will ask how you handled exceptions in your project and present scenario-based questions from your project.

Don't waste your time attending interviews at Capgemini. They won't give you an offer letter even after you clear all rounds. They do not value your time.

HR personnel rarely respond to your emails or calls. Even after six months, I did not get a response, and then they called saying they had an urgent opening for a Java developer and asked if I was interested.

HR people are very irresponsible; they do not value others' time. My opinion is to never attend an interview with Capgemini and utilize your valuable time with some good organization.
