As discussed with HR, I attended the Java AWS Developer interview at the Magarpatta office around 10 am.
Here are some points I noticed:
Despite this, I proceeded. After spending the entire day, I received a call for the first round of interviews at 5:30 pm.
Previously, HR mentioned there would only be one round of interviews. However, a written test was conducted, followed by three rounds of interviews.
I did not want to miss the opportunity, so I cleared the test. During the first interview round, the interviewer asked basic, perfunctory questions and appeared uninterested. They were yawning and seemed unaware of my skillset, asking irrelevant questions.
At the end, the interviewer stated, "Your basics are not clear. So, you can leave for the day."
For their reference, I am an Oracle Certified Java Programmer and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Please do not treat candidates like fools. You wasted our entire day, and many others were in the same situation.
If this is how your organization operates, I am glad I am not a part of Capgemini.
I advise others not to accept their invitations as they are misleading. The HRs appear completely uneducated, as they did not even allow me to provide feedback.

Why are you looking in Magarpatta only?
