Pros: Learning is a continuous curve. It's a nice place to start your career. You can learn very much if this is your first company. Overall, it is a good company to start.
Cons: You can learn very much. If this is your first company, overall, it is a good company to start. Working on weekends is a problem.

Pros: Great location, lots of growth.
Cons: Sometimes extra hours need to be put in to finish before deadlines. In Pune, we have 5 branches, including IGATE and Capgemini. If a project is completed, we have to report to different locations as per our RM. For families, this is not good in Pune, because from branch to branch it's around 30 to 40kms.
