Interview process in steps:
- Received a call that my resume was shortlisted, so an interview was scheduled.
- The interview was scheduled, and its difficulty was medium to high. The interviewer joined the call and stated they would only ask scenario-based questions. A lot of it revolved around COBOL-DB2 programs and JCLs.
- Received a call the next day stating that I had cleared the interview and to provide details such as current CTC, expected CTC, preferred location, etc.
- It has been a month since this call, and I have not received any response. The recruiter is not responding to emails, calls, or messages. They have completely ghosted.
