Process

Interview process in steps:

  1. Received a call that my resume was shortlisted, so an interview was scheduled.
  2. The interview was scheduled, and its difficulty was medium to high. The interviewer joined the call and stated they would only ask scenario-based questions. A lot of it revolved around COBOL-DB2 programs and JCLs.
  3. Received a call the next day stating that I had cleared the interview and to provide details such as current CTC, expected CTC, preferred location, etc.
  4. It has been a month since this call, and I have not received any response. The recruiter is not responding to emails, calls, or messages. They have completely ghosted.
