I had spoken to HR regarding the interview schedule and the role. However, during the interview, I was mentioned a different role, rather than my profile. I currently work as a Manager of Software Development in my current company, but the role offered during the interview was a Team Lead role, which was discrepant to what was discussed earlier with HR. I request HR to communicate regarding the role and responsibilities clearly before scheduling the interview.
