Cons: 1. No laptops during COVID in the Kolkata location at MDM Technology. 2. Managers do not request laptop approvals for freshers (I wonder why? Treat every employee equally). 3. You don't get a working desktop either to carry out up-skilling. 4. Managers stay at home and expect junior freshers to come to work every day in their allotted desktop during office hours. 5. You cannot speak up about your problems; you have to follow whatever your manager asks you to do, even if it is life-threatening to you. 6. Managers here are keeping senior management clueless about how they treat employees and new joiners. 7. More preference is given to local people (same natives as managers) for device allotment and good projects. 8. Every year, a lot of people from Kolkata MDM quit. This is the real scenario of the work there.
