Two rounds of technical interviews were conducted.
However, the results of the interviews were not shared on time, requiring a follow-up with the recruiter.
After the second round, I contacted the recruiter and was informed that I had been selected and should expect a call from HR for further discussion. Subsequently, I received an email stating it was a panel rejection.
There was no proper communication from the recruiter, leading to misplaced hope and wasted candidate time.
