Companies' HR departments had posted walk-in jobs on Monster, and the experience required was mentioned as 3-9 years. We attended a walk-in on Sunday at 9:00 am. The HR representative arrived and inquired about people who had come on Saturday for whom the second round was pending; they were given first preference. After seeing so many people had arrived, around 10:30 am, the HR representative announced that this requirement was for people with above 3.5 years of experience. So, people having experience below that could leave. Finally, she repeated the announcement, but within two minutes, the requirement changed to only people with above 4 years of experience!
