Pros: It is the best place I have ever worked.
I can truly say I love my job when I look forward to coming to work every day.
I have an awesome company that cares about its employees' health, and now we are WFH.
The work is challenging, but every day I learn new things, and my role allows me to interface across many different parts of the organization.
I have been here under two years, and the company has more than doubled in size.
Cons: Training programs could be improved. It would be nice to see some standardization in that area.
