Capgemini Work Experiences

A big no if you are joining Capgemini via another consultancy as a contractor

QA Automation Engineer • Current Employee

Singapore, Singapore

Pros: None to actually mention, if I think for a while also.

Cons: They can lay you off anytime with 14 days' notice. They don’t respect the hard work and commitment we had towards the role and will lay you off even if you are better than their permanent or direct staff if there are any budget or unexpected issues. Hiring without having a roadmap just to showcase to the client that they have resources.
