Process
The entire interview schedule was not managed well, resulting in a waste of time for the candidate. You had to spend half a day for just one round of interview. Furthermore, the questions asked by the interviewer were not up to par. The question asked was to explain STLC for someone with four years of experience. After explaining STLC, the interviewer stated it was incorrect. I believe the interviewer lacked technical skills, as not a single technical question was asked.
