It was a nice technical question, aptitude questions, SQL questions, Java questions, Oracle questions, and HR round. There were 3 technical rounds. There was a GD as well. I got an offer and joined the Mumbai location. After a year, I was moved to the Bangalore, Whitefield office.

Pros: Flexible working - Capgemini has been very supportive during life events throughout my career. I've been able to take compassionate leave, maternity leave, change my working hours to part-time, and subsequently change my hours/days with ease. A fantastic show of work/life balance!
