They conduct interviews but do not update your interview status. If you inquire about your status after some time, they simply reject you.

In a week, I see this issue on LinkedIn 5-6 times, with candidates posting about the same problem.

I don't understand what has happened to Capgemini nowadays.

I attended twice, but with no results. If you think I am not worthy enough to be selected, I have been selected by most other companies, except Capgemini.

So, you can understand how nasty Capgemini's recruitment process is.
