Before the interview, the HR representative stated, "Salary is not an issue for the right candidate." However, after I arrived, HR informed me that they could only offer a 15% salary increase, otherwise, they would withdraw my candidature.
After completing two rounds of technical interviews, this is not how HR should treat a candidate. "If you are not okay with this salary, you can leave for today." Then why did you agree to a 30% hike when you called me for the interview? You wasted my entire day. Learn to respect others' time as well.
