Process

The interview process, as everyone knows how CG conducts it, is not as easy as CG's. However, CG never provides an offer letter, and this has happened to me twice recently. It's a waste of time if you are expecting something, as we do from an MNC. You will be disappointed 200%. My clear suggestion is to not attend CG interviews if you are technically good; it's a complete waste of time.
