On my first call with HR, after discussing all my information, she arranged a technical interview for me for the very next day at 2:30 PM. I then started waiting for the call, waiting, waiting...
Yes, I received a call at 9:00 PM that night. They said they got busy and asked if we could have the interview the next day at 1:00 PM. I agreed. Again, the same thing happened. I was waiting, waiting, and waiting. I got the call at 2:30 PM, saying some confusion had occurred.
At that time, I got busy with some other work.
I really don't understand this company's policy. Do they have any ethics or any professional way for conducting and arranging interviews?
Worst experience with Capgemini. I mean, startups are not showing this attitude.
