This was a very unprofessional experience.
An interview was scheduled through the "Elevator Interview" app. I selected the 11 AM - 12 PM slot, but no one joined the provided link. I wasted 1.5 hours on a Saturday.
I have dropped an email to HR regarding this matter. However, such occurrences should be avoided to prevent a negative impression.
