The interview process consisted of two rounds. The questions were fine and specific to the resume. Since this was a remote position, it was conducted via video. In the two rounds, only one person had the courtesy to switch on their video.
I would not recommend anyone looking for an H1B/I140 transfer to choose this company. They have a six-month timeframe to confirm anything regarding the initiation of PERM for your role, and this will be put in the offer letter. Everyone on a work permit understands how important time is in this situation.
They called me back after one month of the first round. The HR who called me to negotiate on the six-month discussion was very unprofessional. They were quoting their policy for PERM processing rather than engaging in a discussion. It felt like any other service-based company.
