An HR representative contacted me about a possible opportunity, and I applied. It was a challenging process involving three rounds.
First was a general round with HR, where they asked about my background, the technologies I excel at, and my willingness to relocate.
The following day, they scheduled a telephonic interview. During this call, I was questioned intensively on core Java and web services. They also inquired about my previous work experience.
The next week, they scheduled a Skype interview, which was the toughest I had faced so far. The interviewer asked complex, application-based questions, including those on search algorithms. I was asked to share my screen and code related to collections concepts and constructors. Additionally, I was asked HR questions about managing team conflicts and my most challenging experience.
A week later, the HR representative confirmed my position.
