The interview process was smooth. There were two levels of rounds: L1 and L2.
L1 focused on technical skills, while L2 was a client interview where we learned about the industry, unit, and role for which we were hiring.
After clearing both rounds, there was an HR round, basically a discussion about salary. Overall, it was good. I hope it will be the same going forward with Capgemini.
