My interview took my whole day and I had three rounds.
I got selected.
They asked me to submit all my documents. After submission, almost three weeks later, after continuous follow-ups, an HR person offered a salary that wasn't even a 30% hike.
After which, they told me central HR would contact me. Nobody has turned up till now.
Luckily, I got cleared for some other interview with a different company.
If a company doesn't want a candidate, why should they waste their time?
Capgemini doesn't offer much, and the HR takes you for granted.
