Process
There was only one round of technical interview where they asked basic questions. After that, there was an HR discussion where HR negotiated for a lower salary in the offer but agreed to pay what I was asking at the time of joining.
At the time of joining, when I asked for the agreed salary, HR rudely told me to look at other companies as she was not ready to provide it. She also added that with the recession hitting, I wouldn't get any other offers. This was not what I expected from the HR team. Such situations can ruin a candidate's life.
