Process
Worst interview experience ever. It felt like it was Roadies audition. I am actively looking for a position, and I had already been through multiple interviews with MNCs. But this was the most rude conversation I ever had.

Veiled layoff
Senior iOS Developer • Former Employee
São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil
January 4, 2023
Pros: Good salaries, benefits, and projects.
Cons: They were left without mobile projects at the end of 2022 and, after a month on the bench, they advised us to undergo reskilling to be able to work in another area, promising that no one would be laid off. In the third week of this reskilling, right at the turn of the year, they laid off a bunch of people :)
