Process
I interviewed at Capgemini for a Sr. Java Developer role. Even after multiple follow-ups, they were not replying to emails and did not send me confirmation that I cleared the interview. I had already checked with the recruiter over a phone call, and she said I cleared the technical discussion round. They are also not letting me know where the process is stalled. It seems to be a very poor recruitment process altogether.
