Remote interview with two members of staff from the organisation. A brief intro from each of us and then straight into the questions for around an hour. This was my second CapGemini interview and my last. Both interviews are box ticking exercises where they ask highly technical and specific questions. They don't care about what you've done, where you've worked, what experiences you have, what type of person you are and how you cope in different situations. They clearly have no framework for managing personality types in teams and don't seem to require any emotional intelligence beyond getting answers correct. Strangest interviews I've ever had and I won't be repeating the experience. Also, I was informed I would be benched and that there were no projects in mind for me. This was just an opportunity to gather senior staff members.
