Pros: They give you a computer. They give you Coursera free and Pluralsight. Medical coverage with Mapfre is directly deducted from the salary monthly.
Cons: As a consultancy, the salary is very low. It does at least a two-step path: the client pays Capgemini, and then Capgemini pays you. So, as you can imagine, Capgemini must earn something in the middle. This is called "body rental," and the developer in this case is rented to the client. Hence, the salary is not competitive.
