A third party conducted a test, which consisted of four sections:
- General Aptitude
- English
- Situation Responsibilities
- Basic Coding
Problems arose when many students who met the eligibility criteria did not receive any email. Conversely, there were students who received an email personally, but their names were not on the list.
Four to five students whose names were not on the list, but who received an email personally, cleared the test. However, they were categorized on the waiting list.
Interviews were conducted a few days later.
CapeGemini's HR must be the most confused person in this world. First, they wanted to conduct interviews of these students. The next day, they changed their stance.
