This was the worst interview process I have ever encountered in this field. They asked me to arrive by 10 am. I arrived at 9:30 am and waited until 3 pm, but even for the first round, I was not called.
They prioritized resumes of candidates who arrived late for their interviews. We were not even offered a break for lunch. After 3 pm, the six of us with similar skills were asked to interview. We had inquired about this multiple times beforehand, but we did not receive a proper response.
At 3:15 pm, we were called in together, and only a single person interviewed us. His attitude was good, but he asked architect-level questions in the first round, seemingly only to reject us. He asked us to write syntax for all the questions. After a while, they rejected most of the candidates. However, those who interviewed earlier were only asked normal questions.
They had candidates for their open positions, so they simply rejected others with these questions.
Most people waited without having food, and they do not value candidates; they are acting purely in their own favor.
Before considering this company, please reflect on their poor interview process. Think about the work and employee welfare.
Complex project solving questions.
