I had a call for a virtual drive on the previous day.

I had a technical interview on the day of the virtual drive, which was easy.

Two days later, HR called me for the HR interview process and then, after 10 minutes, shared the mail regarding background verification.

The entire interview process took two weeks.

Capgemini Work Experiences

Career destroying company

Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Pros: Nothing as such. There is no career growth. You will become incompetent over time. Assigned work never aligned with your skillset. C++ developers, kindly ignore this company.

Cons: Pathetic HR and BGV/BGC HR team. Just 2% yearly hikes. I used to slog 10-12 hours a day and worked even on weekends mostly. Management is useless, including the BU HR team. Hire and fire company. This company has the highest attrition rate among MNCs in Bangalore.
