After the written test, I was called for the interview process. They asked various computer programming basics questions, such as OOPS concepts and SQL.
At the end, I had an HR round interview, which was only to check the candidate's personality and willingness to join.

Pros: Great company to start.
Lot of learning opportunities.
You can come at any time and leave at any time (have to maintain 9 hours).
Onsite coordinators and seniors are very helpful.
Cons: Less hike.
Resource management is not that great. They will force you to work at any location and any kind of project if you're a fresher.
