After 2 rounds, HR initially settled on a hike of only 30% and not more than that. But after verifying the current package, the numbers dropped to a mere 9%. Feeling pity for the organization.

Being such an MNC and providing a mere hike is really disappointing. I rejected the offer straight away.

Note: Stop telling candidates, "If you have this much experience, I can provide this much."
