Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Guntūr, India
Process
Three people visited our college. Initially, they gave a half-an-hour presentation about the company. Later, they conducted an aptitude test, which contained three sections:
- Aptitude
- Data Interpretation
- English
They announced the results of the first round after four hours. Subsequently, they conducted group discussions for those who qualified in the first round, in three batches. After that, they selected 30 candidates for the final interview round out of the 500 people who attended. They then had a normal, friendly interview with questions regarding Java, HTML, hobbies, and personal details. Finally, they selected 25 candidates and announced the results at 1 AM on the same day.
