I have given the L1 interview 3 times within 1 month, and I was selected each time. However, HR has not called me for the next step. They keep telling us, "You will get the next call." After some days, they tell me, "Please give the interview until you get a job offer with Capgemini." I mean, what is this Capgemini HR management?
