Two rounds were taken on a single day over the weekend. I was shortlisted from both rounds. After continuous follow-up, they scheduled a third client round after 15 days. Subsequently, after another 15 days, they conducted the HR round for compensation negotiation, again, after numerous follow-ups on my part.
It has been over two months, and they have not released the offer yet. In the meantime, they sent a feedback form via email regarding the interview process and pressured me to provide positive feedback by stating the offer would be released after my feedback. They completely misled me and have not released the offer.
I request candidates to avoid interviewing with this company unless you are an immediate joiner or have a 15-day notice period.
This was a very worst and hectic hiring process.
Very normal interview. My interviewer was not skilled. Normal core Java and Spring questions.
