Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Pune, India
Process
I received a call from Capgemini for an interview in July. They asked for my current and expected salary. I cleared the interview.
After the interview, they asked for my salary expectation again. They did not reply for a week. When I tried to reach them, they said the position was on hold.
I received another call in August for an interview. I cleared the interview again. Now, the position is again on hold.
They are just wasting our time and efforts. Worst experience.
