Completed the HR round and submitted documentation, but the HR department rejected the application due to budget constraints.
HR should only shortlist candidates when sufficient budget is available, to avoid wasting others' time and efforts. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

Pros: Nothing as such. There is no career growth.
You will become incompetent over time. Assigned work never aligned with your skillset.
C++ developers, kindly ignore this company.
Cons: Pathetic HR and BGV/BGC HR team.
Just 2% yearly hikes. I used to slog 10-12 hours a day and worked even on weekends mostly. Management is useless, including the BU HR team.
Hire and fire company. This company has the highest attrition rate among MNCs in Bangalore.
